Aguilar v. State, 259 So. 3d 262 (2DCA2018)

REVERSED AND REMANDED FOR DISCHARGE. Worked under supervision of Attorney Brett McIntosh in drafting motion to suppress which was denied by circuit court.  On appeal, the Office of the Public Defender argued in accordance with our motion to suppress causing the reversal and discharge from incarceration.
