MOTION TO SUPPRESSGRANTED based upon unreasonable delay of traffic stop and MOTION TO SUPPRESS GRANTED based on improper use of accident investigation statement for criminal prosecution. Ms. Cook’s charges were dropped by the State. Worked under supervision of Attorney Brett McIntosh in drafting the motions to suppress.
